Short Description
Job Responsibilities
1. Business Generation: 70%
1.1 Responsible to achieve sales and order booking targets in the assigned key accounts
1.2 Prepare and implement business plans monthly, quarterly and annually
1.3 Create and execute account plans for the customers assigned and update on quarterly basis
1.4 Develop new business opportunities in the assigned customers by using solution sales approach through customer visits/ calls
1.5 Planning and forecasting of sales on a monthly/quarterly and yearly basis for assigned customers
1.6 Increase in-house business shares in the key accounts
1.7 Responsible for conducting Tech days/Seminars at key customers.
2. Partner management/ Stake holder management: 10%
2.1 CP (Channel Partner) / System integrators / SOP (Solution partners)/ distributors management in consultation with Channel Management Department (CMD) for the key account sales.
2.2 Direct customer/CP Credit term, Credit limit control for the assigned key accounts in consultation with the CMD
2.3 Develop & maintain good relationship with Key accounts and channel partners.
3. Data Management and Analysis: 20%
3.1 Maintain and analyse each key accounts with respect to industry specific data as per their business needs.
3.2 Prepare various MIS reports, presentations, etc. as per requirements.
3.3 eCRM hygiene and logging data in to GSFA (SFDC) and regularly updating the same.
3.4 Map the key accounts IHS and growth monthly/quarterly basis to track the progress.
3.5 Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously improve the sales strategy.
Job Requirements
- B.E OR Equivalent Degree
- MBA (in any stream) is preferred
- 6-8 Years of Experience in the field of Industrial Automation
- Strong track record in sales and business development, with the ability to drive new revenue and manage high-value clients
- PLC, Servo, HMI, Vision, Safety, Sensors, Components Basic Knowledge.
- Experience working with or selling to the Automotive, Food & Beverage, and Digital technology sectors.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) (Added Advantage)
- Robotics Knowledge(Added Advantage)
- Experience to deal with OEM's and EU's.
- Experience to deal with Channel Partners, Direct Customers, System Integrators.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans.
- High level of business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Presentation Skills
- Negotiation Skills
- 70%+ Travel within the region assigned to Key Accounts Assigned
