Short Description

Job Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager Sales is responsible for the achievement of sales and distribution targets within the Corporate (Pharma and Non-Pharma) through active sales in the channel for Omron Healthcare. This will require extensive product detailing and demonstration to customers, improve and implement merchandising and visibility Omron Healthcare, and manage and increase distribution network in their designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Grow the business in the specified region year-on-year by increasing sales and overall profits Omron Healthcare.
- Responsible for the annual sales budget for the designated area in order to achieve sales turnover and gross-profit targets and negotiate business opportunities for the responsible area for Omron Healthcare.
- Build up and maintain a good business relationship between Omron Healthcare and (potential) customers in the Institution / Corporate business.
- Analyze, signal and report customer potential, market shares and sales in the designated area and develop action plans to increase market share and gather and share market and competitor information.
- Evaluate, improve and implement merchandising and visibility of Omron Healthcare. products in primary Institution/ Corporate sales channels
- Ensure to maintain and grow the Market share for Omron Healthcare brands in the area responsible.

Job Requirements:

Location: Bangalore

Education & Experience:
- Graduation (in Any Stream) with at least 7 to 10 years of experience FMCG, Pharma, Institution (Corporate) sales. 
- Minimum of 05 years of experience in distributor management / direct and indirect medical sales experience.  
- Minimum of 5 years of people management within a sales environment

Negotiation Skills
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
