Short Description
As Assistant Manager-Sales you will be responsible to focus on analyzing the Food and Commodities segment trends (In Industrial Automation Industry) to capture the market share in a specific timeframe. Aggressively promote and sell the entire range of Omron products & its solutions to penetrate the Food and Commodities Market of the assigned region & leverage Omron's strength.
Long Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to achieve the sales targets in the assigned region stipulated by the management.
2. Responsible to execute & perform the basis of the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and strategies as per the business sales forecast.
3. To achieve the targets assigned by the management.
4. To identify potential customers in the segments of FMCG, Pharma, Food & Beverages, White goods, Digital.
5. To foster the sales revenues by offering Omron one-step solutions to OEM & direct customers (end users) in the Food and Commodities segment across the assigned territory.
6. Creating account plans for each (KEY) account and managing the execution plan against each of these plans.
7. Co-ordinate and build positive relationships within different department/s of the organization (Omron) to deliver the best services as per the commitment given to customers, in line with the customer expectations.
8. Develop & maintain a good network, healthy business relationships with customers and Channel Partners.
9. Report and MIS preparation.
Job Location: Bangalore
Job Requirements:
1. B.E or equivalent diploma
2. 6-8 years of experience in industrial automation sales. Primarily into the FMCG, food & beverages, Pharma, White goods, Digital segment.
3. MBA or equivalent in any stream
4. Core Functional Knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Vision, components, Robotics product experience would be an added advantage, Experience to handle big End-user and OEMs in Pharma, FMCG, White goods, Digital segment, Competent to independently handle product demo and Technical queries for customers.
5. Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for detail.
6. Sense of Urgency, target-oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments.
