Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Executive in the General Affairs and Facility Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting administrative and facility management functions to ensure efficient office operations and a conducive work environment. This position requires collaboration with the General Administration team and other departments to meet organizational needs effectively.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Ensure administrative processes are efficiently executed to support smooth office operations.
Facility Management:
- Support facility maintenance, security, and ensuring a comfortable work environment for employees.
- Assist in coordinating facility-related projects and tasks to enhance office functionality.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the General Administration team to manage office and facility-related tasks effectively.
- Work with colleagues to streamline administrative processes and improve department efficiency.
Event Coordination:
- Participate in planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
- Assist in event preparations to ensure seamless execution.
Vendor Management:
- Interact with vendors and service providers under the guidance of the team.
- Maintain positive relationships with external vendors to ensure quality services.
Safety and Compliance:
- Promote safety awareness and adherence to safety guidelines in the workplace.
- Report safety concerns or incidents promptly to relevant authorities.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records related to administrative tasks and facility management.
- Provide regular updates on tasks and activities to the General Administration team and senior management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field.
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
Basic knowledge of administrative tasks, facility management concepts, and office operations.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Commitment to safety protocols, compliance, and continuous improvement.
May require some regional travel as required
